We are a family-owned marketing company operating two brands from our downtown Cañon City, Colorado location. Sagentic Web Design handles websites and digital marketing. DARE Print & Sign Co. handles printing, signage, and custom apparel. Team members often work across both brands depending on their skills and interests.
Working here is different from a typical agency environment. We are a small team where everyone contributes meaningfully. You will work directly with clients and see your projects come to life. There is no corporate bureaucracy, no endless meetings, and no getting lost in a large organization.
Who We Are Looking For
We value attitude and work ethic as much as technical skills. The right candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and treats clients with respect. You should be comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a small team.
Depending on your background, you might contribute to web design and development, graphic design for print and digital, sign production and installation, customer service, or project coordination. We are open to various skill sets and experience levels for the right person.
Cañon City is a small town, and we like it that way. If you are looking for a big-city agency experience, this is not the place. But if you want meaningful work, direct client relationships, and a team that feels like family, we might be a great fit.
